March 2009 - Making a picture of a passing train at just over a meter away is not possible everywhere. It is not allowed officially, but it is possible. Trains do not speed up too much in urban areas - which doesn't make accidents less deadly - which makes taking pictures a little more easy. The risks may be clear when taking pictures that close to a moving train.
