June 2008 - At other places at the station, like here seen from the platform, also still the original hardwood doors with their nice iron decorations. The train station at the end of the line that connects Purworejo and a dozen small towns with the city of Yogyakarta still contains the atmosphere of decades ago. A place where time has stood still ever since the railroad tracks were laid and the station was built.
