As soon as the earlier passengers have found their way in the bus, the recruiters hurry themselves back to the parking lot to look for other passengers. A picture taken at the Leuwi Panjang bus terminal in Bandung, western Java. With every bus station comes about the same environment of dozens of dirty airconditioned buses, dozens of so-called calo (passenger recruiters) that will give you an headache and hundreds of other passengers which all have
to go through the same process of selecting one of the many buses to their destination. However it can look somewhat violent or disrespectful, it has become a way of life in many places in Indonesia.
