If you decide to head for the bus it will soon become clear who are the recruiters, because they pop up from everywhere to talk you in one of their company's buses. A picture taken at the Leuwi Panjang bus terminal in Bandung, western Java. With every bus station comes about the same environment of dozens of dirty airconditioned buses, dozens of so-called calo (passenger recruiters) that will give you an headache and hundreds of other passengers which all have
to go through the same process of selecting one of the many buses to their destination. However it can look somewhat violent or disrespectful, it has become a way of life in many places in Indonesia.
