About this picture
April 2008 - Directly after the rice has been cleaned for the first time, it is processed once again to strip it from it's last membrane. Day trips to rice fields during harvests by publisher Kanisius are organized three times per year. The day trips are held at one of their estates in the village of Turi, north of Yogyakarta city.
