One of the outer walls of the former fortress. Nowadays there is an extra perimeter of barbed wire outside this earlier outer defence. Fort Willem II is located about one kilometer outside the current village of Ambarawa at a short distance off the main road Semarang - Yogyakarta in Central Java.
