In between the cans of coffee beans are these machines. Maybe they look like furnaces, but they are the real coffee bean sorting machines of Koffiefabriek Aroma (Coffee Factory Aroma), the most modern of the time before computerized sorting machines were built. The result is the same however and it is quite fast as well.
