25 December 2006 - Near where a gathered crowd of workers works hard to mine sand and stones from Kali Bebeng river near the village of Kepuharjo in the district Cangkringan, you can see the new deposits in sharp contrast with the already present vegetation in the river valley. Eventually sand will be mined at this very edge as well.
