August 2006Seemingly all houses have small windows and doors in the single stone unfinished masonry walls to places where people hardly go. Small balconies near the river are just big enough for drying laundry. When the residents are really lucky there is a motorbike which can be parked here, or a bike for that matter, because most things here are done on foot. At the right side is a small mosque, just as well stuck in between a sea of small houses.
