About this picture
August 2006 - Much of the lives of the people here takes place near the water. They wash their clothes here - and themselves - and many of the houses are close to at least one form of drain so they can clean their houses, shops and workshops as well. Trash is usually dumped in the bigger streams, so this small one can keep flowing.
